Limitations and Compliance

• * We reserve the right to limit the number or value of transactions per user or payment method.

• * All transactions are subject to applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and RBI guidelines.

Payment Gateway

All online transactions on CountryBell.shop are processed using authorized third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards. These transactions are also subject to the terms and conditions of your respective bank or financial service provider.

Issuer Responsibility

The Wallet is issued and managed by Country Bell. Country Bell is solely responsible for handling, redeeming, and maintaining the balance associated with your Wallet account. Country Bell assumes full liability for wallet-related services. No third party (including payment gateways or logistics partners) has any claim over your Wallet balance.

Note: Wallet balance cannot be transferred or used outside CountryBell.shop.

Wallet Usage & Refill

• * Your Wallet can be recharged using approved online payment methods available on the website.
• * The maximum top-up amount in a single instance is ₹10,000.
• * There is no minimum balance requirement.
• * Wallet balance can only be used for transactions on CountryBell.shop.

Wallet Balance Types & Refunds

our Wallet may include three types of balances::
• * Store Credit – Issued in case of cancelled or returned orders. This amount is refundable back to your original payment method upon request.
• * Topped-Up Balance –Money you add voluntarily to use for future purchases. This amount is non-refundable but remains usable until fully spent.
• * Promotional Balance – Issued as part of offers, discounts, or goodwill gestures. This amount is non-refundable and may have an expiration period.

Refund eligibility depends on the balance type and our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Country Bell is not liable for::
• * Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from misuse, unauthorized access, or technical failure related to the Wallet.
• * Any losses arising from Wallet balance expiration, unless required by applicable laws.
• * We do not pay any interest on amounts stored in your Wallet under any circumstance.

30 Day Replacement Guarantee*

At CountryBell.shop, we strive to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee allows you to request a replacement within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below:

Eligibility for Replacement::

• * You must notify Country Bell of any defects, damage, or quality issues at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• * A replacement will be issued once the original product is returned and inspected.
• * Replacement may be for the full product or specific components, based on availability.

The following categories are not eligible for return or replacement::

• * Functional issues due to external factors or incorrect installation.
• * Used or installed consumables and hygiene-related items.
• * Items with tampered or missing serial numbers, barcodes, or original packaging.

• * Products not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• * Products returned without original accessories and packaging.
• * Jewellery that is custom-made or personalized on request.

Special Conditions for Clothing, Footwear, and Jewellery::

We accept exchanges within 30 days for Clothing, Footwear, and Jewellery under the following conditions::

• * The item must not be worn (other than for trial), altered, washed, or damaged.
• * Original tags and branded packaging must be intact and undamaged.
• * Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and clothing freebies are non-returnable.
• * Made to Order’ jewellery is excluded from returns unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Misuse of the Replacement Guarantee::

CountryBell.shop reserves the right to investigate and act upon any misuse of this policy. If we suspect fraudulent claims, misuse of return/replacement rights, or submission of false/misleading information::

• * We may cancel the order, block user accounts, or deny replacement services.
• * Legal action may be taken where applicable under civil and/or criminal law.

Any fraudulent activity intended to gain undue benefit under this policy will be treated as a serious offense and may result in account suspension and legal proceedings.

Digital Content: Music

The final resolution will be subject to the sole discretion and consent of CountryBell.shop.

Buyer Eligibility and Restrictions

• * Only Buyers who have purchased products directly through CountryBell.shop are eligible for the Buyer Protection Program.
• * Buyers may file a dispute within 45 days from the date of delivery of the product.
• * Damage or loss after delivery will not be covered under this program and will be considered the sole responsibility of the Buyer. If the item is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the Buyer is advised to refuse acceptance.
• * To utilize the Buyer Protection Program, Buyers must first contact the Seller (which may be CountryBell.shop or a registered third-party seller) and attempt to resolve the issue. If no resolution is achieved, the Buyer may escalate the matter by writing to resolution@countrybell.shop.
• * Claims involving fraudulent transactions or dishonest intent are not covered under this program.
• * If the Buyer has already initiated a chargeback via their bank or payment provider, the transaction will not be covered under the CountryBell Buyer Protection Program. In such cases, the Seller may instead pursue a claim under the Seller Protection Program.
• * Blacklisted or blocked Buyers are not eligible for the Buyer Protection Program.
• * Each Buyer may submit a maximum of 5 claims per calendar year under the program. Withdrawn claims do not count against this limit. The maximum total coverage per Buyer per year is ₹50,000.
• * CountryBell.shop does not offer guarantees or warranties under this program for manufacturing or technical defects in products. Such issues should be directed to the respective product manufacturer.
• * Filing a dispute does not automatically entitle a Buyer to a refund or replacement. CountryBell.shop will assess the validity of each case, and only genuine and verified claims will be processed.
• * CountryBell.shop shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, costs, or damages incurred by either the Buyer or Seller in connection with disputes or claims.
• * Buyer's remorse claims (e.g., changing one's mind after purchase, or mistakenly ordering an item) are not valid grounds for protection under this program.
• * CountryBell.shop reserves the right to initiate legal or disciplinary action against any Buyer who files false, misleading, or incomplete claims, or abuses the Buyer Protection Program. This may include account suspension, blocking, or disqualification from the program.
