Money Back Policy

At CountryBell.shop, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Money Back

  • The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
  • The item was not delivered within the promised time frame (subject to courier investigation).
  • The customer cancels the order before it is shipped.
  • The return is requested within the return window (usually 7–10 days depending on the product category).

2. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–5 business days after a successful quality check (if applicable).
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are made to the customer’s bank account or via UPI.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable digital goods (eBooks, software).
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

4. Return & Quality Check

  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • After receiving the returned product, it undergoes a quality check.
  • Refunds are processed only if the product passes the quality check.

6. Shipping Costs
