1. Eligibility for Money Back
- The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
- The item was not delivered within the promised time frame (subject to courier investigation).
- The customer cancels the order before it is shipped.

2. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 2–5 business days after a successful quality check (if applicable).
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are made to the customer’s bank account or via UPI.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable digital goods (eBooks, software).
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
4. Return & Quality Check
- Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- After receiving the returned product, it undergoes a quality check.
- Refunds are processed only if the product passes the quality check.

6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to CountryBell.shop’s fault (defective, wrong item), return shipping is free.
- For all other cases (e.g., buyer’s remorse), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
