Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

At CountryBell.shop, customers can choose to cancel their order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may choose to reject it at the time of delivery.

The cancellation time window may vary depending on the product category. After this period, free cancellation may not be available, and a cancellation fee could be applicable. The specific cancellation terms for each product will be mentioned on its product or order confirmation page.

In rare cases where an order is canceled from our side or by a registered seller due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability), a full refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders.

CountryBell.shop reserves the right to accept or deny the cancellation of any order. We also reserve the right to change or waive cancellation time windows and fees at our discretion.

Hyperlocal Cancellation Policy (MINUTES Delivery)

Orders placed under the MINUTES delivery option are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable via self-serve, due to fast fulfillment timelines. However, cancellation may be possible via our Customer Experience team in the following cases:

  • Delivery exceeds the estimated delivery time.
  • Order has not yet been picked by our delivery partner.
  • The seller (CountryBell.shop or a registered third-party) has not accepted the order or canceled it for reasons beyond your control.
  • Any other applicable exceptions communicated by CountryBell.shop from time to time.

Easy Doorstep Cancellation

If you choose to reject the order at your doorstep (even after dispatch), you will not be charged. For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days and reflected on your original payment method. You can track refund status in your "My Orders" section.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order fully or partially due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Technical errors or listing issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Use
  • Logistical or supply chain constraints
  • Force majeure or unforeseen events

You will not be charged for canceled items. Any payments already made will be promptly refunded.

Returns Policy for CountryBell.shop

Returns are offered by CountryBell.shop and our registered sellers in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. Please note that return, exchange, and refund policies may vary by category and product. Always refer to the product detail page for category-specific return rules.

This policy is divided into three parts:

  • Part 1: Category-wise return window and eligible actions
  • Part 2: Returns pickup and processing guidelines

Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Actions Possible

Books, Sports, Fitness Equipment, Toys, Stationery 7 Days Replacement Only Applicable only for damaged/defective/different products.
Electronics, Mobiles, Small Home Appliances (Selective Brands) 7 Days Replacement Only Brand-authorized installation required. One replacement only.
Grocery - Dairy, Fruits, Vegetables 2 Days Refund Applicable for damaged or spoiled items.
Grocery - Essentials 7 Days Refund Must be returned in original condition.
Refurbished Products 7 Days Replacement Only Troubleshooting may be required before approval.

Part 2 – Returns Pickup and Processing

  • - Correct product (IMEI, barcode, name match, etc.) must be returned.
  • - All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be present.
  • - Product should be unused and untampered.
  • - Packaging should be intact and undamaged.

Pickup may be refused if the above conditions are not met.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by the seller.


Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

  • - If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
  • - If an accessory is missing, refund/replacement of that item may be considered.
  • - Open box deliveries: refund is possible only if issue is reported during unboxing.
  • - Use CountryBell-authorized personnel for installations. Self-installation voids return eligibility.
  • - Furniture-related issues: authorized visit determines whether part or full replacement is required.
  • - Abuse of the return process may lead to restrictions.

No Return Categories: Due to hygiene or safety, some items such as diapers, toothbrushes, cosmetics, and intimate wear are non-returnable. Check the product page for eligibility.
