1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to most pin codes. You can check the availability of delivery services by entering your pin code on the product page.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the product category and delivery location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (select products only)
  • Hyperlocal Delivery:Within 90 minutes to 6 hours (for eligible products and locations)

Shipping duration is counted from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, delivery location, and third-party logistics partner policies. While many products qualify for free shipping, some may incur additional delivery charges. These charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the shipment tracking details. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your CountryBell.shop account.

5. Shipping Management

Shipping and delivery are handled by third-party logistics providers and shipping APIs. While we strive to work with reliable partners, CountryBell.shop is not responsible for any delay, damage, misdelivery, or loss caused by these providers.

If any issue arises during transit due to the shipping partner's error, you may report it to our support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the concerned logistics provider.

6. Delays or Failed Deliveries

Orders may occasionally be delayed due to reasons like weather conditions, high shipping volumes, natural disasters, or logistical constraints. If your order cannot be fulfilled or delivered, a full refund will be processed for any prepaid orders.

7. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with established courier services and hyperlocal delivery networks to ensure timely and secure delivery. The choice of courier may vary depending on your location, product type, and delivery mode.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the item may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we may offer re-delivery (subject to additional shipping charges).

9. Packaging

All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and contact our support immediately.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. We are working toward offering international delivery in the near future.
